Develop quantitative research approaches to complement ethnographic, consumer-centric research.

Co-facilitator of multi-faceted professional development program for front-line supervisors.

  • Deliver content and facilitate learning throughout a 3-4 week program focused on developing and understanding self, managing and developing others, and increasing business acumen.

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (Marketing Technology Firm)

Delivered a skills-based program focused on fundamentals of leadership and management.

  • Developed and delivered a series of training modules in a cohort model for first line managers addressing such topics as behavioral styles, communication, feedback, emotional intelligence, situational leadership, conflict handling, performance evaluation, and team development.

  • Design features to deliver maximum benefit under time and geography constraints include participant self-assessment, between session application assignments, development partner for accountability and support, one on one coaching sessions for on-site attendees, and executive engagement during kick off and graduation.
