With decades of experience as a manager, leader, mentor, and consultant in very different types of organizations, I have the knowledge and skills to help you take yours to the next level. I have a particular affection for entrepreneurs, small businesses, and community based organizations. None of us can be experts at everything, and so often the people and process challenges that hold these organizations back are far afield from the skills and passions of their leaders or founders. The good news is that these are just the sorts of problems that are my passion, so why not work together?

 

We start with a needs assessment, then planning and execution. Finally, depending on the challenge and the solution, evaluation activities, including analytics and monitoring, will be scheduled at reasonable intervals and used to inform corrections. The evaluation stage is also a time to look forward and identify next steps, additional opportunities, and necessary follow-up activities.
